I'm about to send my SAT scores to Cornell through collegeboard and I took the SAT twice, doing better in everything my second time. Collegeboard gives me the option to select what scores I want to send to Cornell, however I think Cornell requires all scores to be sent, so why would I be given this option? Am I allowed to just send the scores I want or should I send all the scores?

i think u need to send all scores. or at least, i thought it was obvious, so i just sent all my scores. but i’m not sure how they’ll really find out. send all anyway!

Lol, like if I don’t send 1 score collegeboard will include a note in the scores I sent saying pssst… this dude didn’t send some scores which go against your requirements :p

Cornell will not be able to access any scores you do not give them permission to. Which means that if you do use score choice, they should not be able to see the scores you have hidden.

HOWEVER, Cornell does ask that you send in all your scores. So if they found out you haven’t, it puts your application into jeopardy, since it shows that you are not very honest.

It’s your call, really, but I say don’t risk it. :/
