Sending SAT Scores

I took the SATI twice and scored better on all three sections on my second sitting. Should I send my scores from both sittings or only from the second sitting? I know that some colleges require all scores to be sent, and I will send all my scores to these schools, but for the rest of the schools that superscore, should I send both my scores? I am really confused and would highly appreciate some advice. Thanks in advance!!
