I sent scores in november to four school because it was free. Then for december I will send my sat scores to four more schools. I know that collegeboard sends a cumulative report so all my scores are sent in. I know for a fact that my december scores will be lower than my scores from before so if the colleges see this, will this hurt my chances? Would it be better to pay for the rest of my schools' score reports or would it not matter if one bad test date is included?

Generally colleges consider either highest score from a single sitting or take highest subscores from multiple tests to determine score to be used for admission. So having one lower score really won't make a difference. And you don't have to send your December scores to the colleges you sent the November scores unless you want to. And since those colleges you have designated for December scores wil;l also automatically get your November scores, you don't have to order anything else for those.

I know that when sending my Dec. scores my other scores are included but what if they see that my sat scores have gone down since last year?

Anybody? Will showing them worse scores than last year hurt my chances?

If you don't mind spending extra $$ why don't you do additional score report before Dec. test is available, and sent additional Dec one only if you get higher scores?
