Sending Scores from 2007

Hey everyone,

I took the SAT for the CTY program in 2007 (7th grade) and for college in 2011 (11th grade).

For schools that don't accept score choice, do I still have to send the 2007 score? The collegeboard website says the following:

"If you test in the eighth grade or below, your scores are removed from your file at the end of the academic year that you tested."

My scores have not been removed (they still show up on the list of scores I can send) but wouldn't colleges disregard tests taken before high school?

Thanks!

Call to collegeboard and explain. They will removed 2007 score, since you are not in high school

Thanks for your reply. I just called them and they said that because the scores are still there, my parents must have sent them a request to keep the scores. They cannot be removed.

The representative recommended that I use Score Choice even if the college does not accept Score Choice. Is this a bad idea in this circumstance (i.e. the 7th grade scores)?

Can someone help?
