I just got my nov SAT back and I'm applying EA. Do I need to rush them to have the new scores considered for EA?

I’ll let Grace confirm but I’m pretty sure you don’t.

No, having us regularly notified is fine. Rushing scores is actually more annoying for us, because they send them in on paper rather than just sending them in electronically.

What if our November scores got delayed?

Ask your regional counselor for his/her opinion- if you’ve got some sort of score for something already, chances are it won’t be a big deal. Remember, we put less of an emphasis on scores than most schools, so a 10-pt boost isn’t worth the $20 or whatever it costs now to send things in :)

oops, I rushed them before I got a response. Sorry :(

Out of curiosity…do you think that a jump from a 1390 (650 V 740 M)to a 1490 (690 V 800 M) could move an applicant from one pile (the reject pile) to the other (deferred/accepted)? Assume, of course, that the rest of the applicant’s stats were borderline.
