Sending transcripts after application

<p>I'm wondering how long after I submit my application is too long to wait to send in my transcripts. Three out of the four universities I'm applying to have a deadline after the end of first semester, and I want to use this to my advantage. I have all of the applications finished - though not submitted - and am trying to figure out if I can submit them now and send my transcripts after first semester. Would it be too long of a period between application and transcripts?</p>

<p>Your school sends your transcripts, not you. If you know where you’re applying, go ahead and let your school know now. They’ll send them when appropriate.</p>

<p>Any college or university that wants a mid-year report will get an updated transcript, showing first-semester grades, along with that report.</p>

<p>Transcripts should be in by the application deadline.</p>
