<p>you don’t send transcripts to rutgers you fill out a SRAR (self-reported academic record) on the application.</p>
<p>You do send them if you are enrolling… so maybe that is what they are doing.</p>

<p>i think sometimes when they’re making a decision, they need more information from you. are you admitted into the school? or did it say “grades requested” or something like that on your rutgers status? </p>

<p>You have to do both. The SRAR is so they have your grades on file more quickly. They need the official transcript to make sure you didn’t lie when you filled out the SRAR, but they can check that later after the application rush is over.</p>
