Sending transcripts

I put in my orders for transcripts everywhere, addressed to:
Office of Undergraduate Admissions
University of California
110 Sproul Hall #5800
Berkeley, CA 94720-5800

Just today, I got an e-mail saying transcripts were to be send to that address including a note directing it to my admissions officer - is it just me, or did they leave that bit out before? The transcripts are already sent - should I be worried that they won't arrive properly? Will the school figure them out?
Also, my high school only does transcripts via an online thing, and it enters the address automatically - there's no option to add the name of the admissions officer. What do I do?

You’re supposed to address it to your admissions officer
///////////
ATTN: NAME OF OFFICER
University of California
110 Sproul Hall #5800
Berkeley, CA 94720-5800
///////////

It’s on your conditions of admission.

Will they still get them eventually was the question.
In one case, I just didn’t know. In the other, I can’t send them to the admissions officer b/c the only way to order them is an electronic form that enters the address automatically.

Yes they will still get them. My high school transcripts and one of my community colleges transcripts both arrived and I didn’t put my admissions officers name on there, because of the same reason where the school already has the address.

I am just curious that someone already got Received-Final in their status.

Are you guy’s transcripts already verified by staffs in Berkeley?

Status of Mine is still Received -In Review since June 10th. I am little bit worried so If anybody telling me I will be appreciated.

^Mine were all received around the 18th of June and still say they are in review, I’m not worried since I’m sure there are only so many people who can verify our transcripts.

I have one final and CCC in review. Good to know it’s like that for everybody. Almost to the endzone!

Minilemon,
On my conditions of admission it says

Perhaps I’m a feeble-minded dweeb, but when I read that, I assumed it meant that the transcripts were to be sent to that address, without the notation about the admissions officer’s name. I assumed that this address would get it to my admissions officer specifically (#5800 being the number of an office or PO box in Sproul Hall).
So that’s where I sent them to; it wasn’t until the later e-mail including the admissions officer’s name that I thought otherwise.

But from what everyone’s saying, they should still find their way to the right person? I don’t need to send out a second set of emergency transcripts?

^ Nope if you login into myberkeley and under transcripts you can see when they get them. They find there way to the right person.

This is a bit off-topic but has anyone checked their MyBerkeleyApp transcripts section today? I was checking to see if they received my high school transcripts, but now I can’t see any of my transcripts! it’s all blank

^dude, me too

It’s blank for me too.

Same here, there’s nothing there. Is it a glitch?

Probably a glitch. At least we know it’s not a problem for just ourselves.

@amazonbkwrm

well, the way I sent mine, I actually collected all of my transcripts (since I went to multiple schools) and sent them altogether.

I think it’s fine. No need to stress…unless they want you to send it again. lol.

Does the blank mean our transcripted are all reviewed as finaled?

And u can send ur transcripts without the admission officers name on it, as long as u put down the right address. That’s how I did mine and nothing wrong happened.

you can’t see yours still? i can see mine

But I couple days ago I couldn’t see them.

yeah, i can see it now, still one more transcript in review…

wow, they haven’t even received my hs transcript that I sent out months ago… if they don’t have it by July 15, am i screwed? they have everything but my hs transcript. i already emailed my admissions officer, no reply.

You can try to call the admission officer to find out if they have received or not
