<p>Is it worth sending update letters if you have no significant accomplishments? I have been doing a lot of stuff in my EC's lately but I havent won any awards or anything. Should I send letters to my colleges just telling them what I have been doing the past few months? Will it help me?</p>

<p>I would say no, if there's nothing significant to update them on. The college admissions office are already inundated with ridiculous amounts of paperwork; creating more work for them would not help you.</p>
