Senior Schedule advice/help!!

Hello,
I am a currently a junior who is having some senior scheduling issues...I am sort of considering a field in medicine and so hope to major in either biology or neuroscience, but I am uncertain as to the most preferable courses I should take as a senior. I have scheduled so far:
-Hons. English 12
-AP Calculus
-Hons. Chemistry 2
-Hons. Biology 2
-AP Government
-AP Economics Macro/Micro
-?? (Spanish 4/Physics/Political Science)
As you can see, I have only 1 opening for 3 choices.. sticky predicament. I had initially planned to take Spanish 4, but am now debating on whether or not to switch to Physics. I understand that physics would be helpful in my intended major, but the only physics course offered at my high school is not exactly rigorous; mostly busy work. My history teacher is also starting a new political science class which is especially interesting to me, and though it will be thought provoking and challenging, (plus I would like this teacher to write me a recommendation), it is not honors or weighted. I am terribly lost and confused and probably blowing this out of proportion, but some advice would be helpful.
Thanks!

Just follow your interests.

Senior year GPA isn't really an admissions factor and is just used to check to see if you are maintaining at least a gpa of around 3.0 unweighted and if you are PASSing them.

You can take physics in college. There are usually special physics classes for bio majors that are not as advanced as the ones intended for engineers/scientists.

To be honest, your schedule seems already very rigorous, though I did think it was a bit late to start taking bio and chem during your senior year.

yeah, I think my school science system is a little weird compared to other school's science systems. Well, I already took the basic Chem 1 this year and Bio 1 my sophomore year. Chem 2 and Bio 2 are optional, but I'm taking them senior year anyways. But I think I will follow what will make me happiest which is probably the political science class.. thanks for your input!
