Senior Schedule - Too much?

Hey, we are currently picking classes for our Senior year and I just wanted some input from you guys.
My current plans are:
AP Calculus BC
AP Physics
AP Literature
AP Psychology

and then I have an extra slot which I was thinking of adding AP Spanish Language or AP Computer Science.
Am I taking too many AP classes? Should I fill the last slot with an easier class or will it be worth it to push myself?

Thanks!

I don’t think it’s too bad, but only you can tell. Have you taken APs before?

How many AP classes did you take this year? Do you feel that the rigor of your schedule next year is manageable compared to this year’s schedule?

I am taking 5 this year. I was pretty cocky during the first quarter but I really started to really feel the pain by the end of the second quarter, haha. I can’t imagine doing any more than that, but that’s just me.

It’s shouldn’t be too much, and in my opinion, four AP classes are enough for your senior year.

Looks good, buddy. If you want to add another AP, then go ahead. Pick whichever one you would see yourself enjoying the most.

Sounds good; I’ll be taking four AP classes as well.

This is remarkably similar to my schedule last semester. It wasn’t too bad, especially if you plan ahead for applications. I would take AP Comp Sci, but that’s just me.

Thanks for the advice and I think I am going to take the Engineering course offered here just to get some experience with design. I am interested in Aerospace Engineering and taking an AP course (Spanish, Euro History, CompSci) would be just for the extra AP credit and not enjoyment. Sometimes I forget that colleges also look for interest and not merely academic successes.

Sorry for the double post, but would taking AP Physics C and AP Chemistry be tough? It’s been 2 years since I took Chemistry Honor, but I feel like chemistry could be useful.

It seems like a bit much (but then double AP science in general does not seem like a good idea), the schedule you posted earlier looks good.
