Senior year courses??

I am a dual enrolled student at a university and a community college. I plan to take additional college courses next semester (I'm a senior), however, I don't know which courses yet. At my community college I probably won't even have a clue which courses will be available until after I send my early action applications, because they change the honors courses every semester. If I just put "TBD" in the spaces for college courses on the apps, would that be a problem? I want to make it clear to colleges that I plan to continue to take dual enrollment courses.

I’m curious about this, too.

I actually listed the dual-enrollment courses I plan on taking, even though I won’t be able to enroll until after the application deadlines.

TBD is too suspicious and detracting. :)

Bump…

Btw, I have no idea which courses I will end up taking. I don’t even know which ones will be offered in the spring semester, because I take honors courses and they rotate which courses are available as honors. Moreover, since I have to register so late my first choices are often filled up and I’m stuck with what’s left. So trying to list the actual courses I plan on taking isn’t an option.

Since you do not know, you only have two options. Either list your speculative schedule or put TBD. In the Additional Information Section, explain your circumstances.

I realize that you do not know for sure if you can take a course, but you can look at former and current schedules to surmise which classes will be offered. If you have already taken a large number of credits, you should be high up on the registration list and able to actually get into the classes you want. If you are taking a series (Calc, Pre-Calc, Bio, Chem, Humanities, etc.) it is almost guaranteed that the next class will be offered.

This is just conjecture, but not having a senior schedule to report seems very risky. Completing college-level work should not be a detracting factor.

Good Luck! :)
