Senior Year grades question

Hey all,
So I have been accepted to Penn State with summer session, but in my first semester I received a C final grade in one of my classes. My guidance counselor recently sent mid year report cards to Penn State and I am worried that my C will result in maybe my acceptance getting rescinded. I did get A and Bs final grades in all my other classes but I’m worried about the C. Does Penn State care about senior year grades or do they only look to make sure the students graduated? Thanks!

@MYOS1634 @jlhpsu please help!

You’re good, as long as you passed they won’t care. :slight_smile:

DItto what MYOS said. Graduate with the requirements needed for the major for which you were accepted and you are good.

Yep. I called admissions on that one last year and was told they don’t look at midyear grades or finals. They just wantto know you passed. However, that doesn’t mean you should breeze through the rest of the year.
