Senior year schedule help

Hi all! Just looking for some advice regarding my class choices for senior year of hs. Right now my schedule is as stands:
AP Literature
AP Spanish language & culture
AP European History
PIG/economics Honors
Physics Honors
Semester 1 Psychology, Semester 2 Sociology
I also may take an independent study in graphic design

My main concern is that this schedule isn’t as rigorous as many colleges are looking for. My school doesn’t even offer AP’s until junior year, which is a bummer because the selection is very limited and my school is small so the choices within those two years are limited as well. The main substitution I could make is swapping Honors Physics for AP Chemistry, which would definitely bulk up my course load but I’m also afraid it’ll drag down my GPA and leave me no time to pursue electives like psychology, sociology, and graphics. If it helps, my GPA is ~95.0 unweighted and ~97.0 weighted, my target school right now is Boston College, and I don’t plan on pursuing a STEM major, though perhaps a minor in psychology or environmental science. Any advice regarding whether or not this is a suitable schedule as well as which science class may be a better choice would be greatly appreciated!

You will be assessed in context of your school’s course offerings and won’t be penalized for fewer APs.

My concern is the lack of math.

What math have you completed so far?

Some colleges do prefer to see all three sciences (biology, chemistry, physics).

What is PIG?

math in my school is weird because it’s so small lol… but i’m taking Alg II honors. PIG is participation in government
