Senior year scores on application?

Hi,
Currently I'm a senior and high school and I was wondering If I were to apply somewhere around January-March, and the first semester of my school ends around January 14, will my first semester senior year grades show up on my transcript?

I'm really hoping they do, because I need the slight shift in GPA. I have had straight A's this year in non-blow off classes.

AP Statistics
Calculus AB (regular)
English IV
Govt
Pharmacology
Astronomy
Pre-AP physics
AP Biology

It also would help that they saw those classes during my senior year, wouldn't it?

Thanks in advance,

You better not wait until sometime around “January- March” to apply to most colleges since most have an early January deadline (such as January 1) for applications; in fact a number have deadlines end of November or sometime in December so if you have not started the process yet, you better get moving now.

As to whether your first semester grades will be used for admission then depends on college for which there are two main groups for regular admission: (a) those that rely only on grades through junior year and do not want any senior grades (majority of public universities are in that group); (b) those that require or request that you have your school submit a mid-year report informing them of your first semester grades once they come out in Jan, which is to be submitted after you have applied by the deadline, and then those grades are used to determine admission. For those you must have your high school submit a transcript of your grades through junior year when you apply and then another one after your first semester grades come out.

The colleges on their websites tell you in the admissions sections whether they want a mid-year report so you need to check the colleges you are applying to.
