<p>I am so surprised, excited, and in shock. It was a huge reach for me. That means I am in at 11, waitlisted at 1, and waiting on 5.</p>

<p>dusk123: No, I'm most likely going to college out east. I'm not sure where yet, though--either American, Fordham, Northeastern, BU, or Villanova. But UCSD is a great school, and I hope u have a wonderful 4 years there!!</p>

<p>As you can see, i have been rejected at u of texas-austin.... I am very worried since if i dont get into either uofmich or harvey mudd, i will probably have to attend my safeties, which i dont want.</p>

<p>Can you please tell me my chances at umich and harvey mudd, for the peace of mind, before i start crying out loud.</p>

<p>anonamous, your math scores are great but your science scores are "average" for tech schools. the problem really comes from your language scores...and as i understand you are international. i don't know how admissions committees respond to that. </p>

<p>at mudd, language is a biggie. i say prepare for the worst and if you get surprised, good for you. don't expect anything though.</p>

<p>RocketDA do you mean that at mudd, they do not understand that international students are going to have lower language scores than americans?</p>

<p>Also, why is language a biggy at mudd?</p>
