Sent transcript a bit too early, what should I do?

I had my official school transcript accidentally mailed last Wednesday (Nov. 12) and didn't have my application done. I sent and paid for application yesterday (Nov 17). When I logged onto my ucfportal today it says that I still need an official transcript. Is it likely that they recieved my transcript before I sent in my application and threw it out since they didn't know who I was? Ucportal also states that it can take up to 14 days to process mailed transcripts during peak application time.

Really weird situation, I know.

What happened? I have made the same mistake!

they put it on file duh! you have to wait until they up date your file

Hey there I’m not sure if you ever got this resolved but I did something similar.

I had taken my SAT scores over the summer and had them sent MONTHS before I even submitted an application lol.

I sent an email to admissions@mail.ucf.edu with my User info and asked them if they had the records still on file.
I got a reply a couple of days later and had my scores tied to my application automatically.

Chances are they have your transcript and if you email them they can help you out. If they reply saying they don’t have your transcript, send another electronic copy and one by mail if you can.

Hope this helps!

@toriajade Thanks. I had my counselor send them an email with my transcript. They received it and I was admitted last week. :D
