I am a senior who took school SAT on 9/23. All other students in my school got their scores on 10/15 but I didn’t. My school testing coordinator and I have been trying with customer service but they keep telling that it’s been ‘processed’ with no info on what is the timeline. I am applying EA. I don’t know what to do. I studied so hard for a year for SAT - not it feels such a waste of time and energy.
Hi. My daughter had the same problem. I would suggest that you get your parents involved, this is not a problem that a 17 year-old can solve.
After 6 phone calls, I finally reached someone said they would help and perhaps we can get my daughter’s score in a week or so. I would suggest to anyone that the first person on the help line is never going to be able to help you. They say that they will pass the message on to the “case manager” or that they will “red flag” the case, but I never got a return call. The only thing that worked in the end was to tell the answering service that they would have to hang up on me, because I wasn’t going to give up until I actually spoke with a supervisor. That way, I did eventually get a return phone call. I will let you know if my daughter actually gets a score…
