^about paralellogram

For the mph question, I think it was 48mph…anyone else remember this one?

^^ I put not enough information for the parallelogram one. I found that two of the answer choices added up to 80…

^ I remember, I’m pretty sure it was 48 mph. Something traveled 180 miles in # hours…

Oh right, I remember it now. There were definitely enough info.

^ How did you figure it out then? I figured you could just use the answers and add them up and see what adds up to 80 for the perimeter. Is there something else that I’m missing? Did it include the area in the question or is there some geometry rule I forgot about? I found that at least two of the answer choices would add up to 80.

40-14=26 i think

One side was 14 so the opposite side was also 14. So (80-28)/2= 26. So: 14, 26, 26.

Okay, I’m definitely missing something here. I’m pretty sure I got that one wrong too. but if I remember correctly, the other answer choice also had 14 in it and the other sides were equal too… but when I added them up, they both equaled 80

I don’t see how that’s possible now… damn, probably a calculator error on my part >_>

There was also a question about a basketball court with a circle divided into 8 sections. Anyone remember the answer?

^ I guessed and put 6… I did not know how to do that problem. Can someone teach me?

I feel I’m going to retake the ACT in either Oct or Nov.

^im sorry to be an ******* but are you hot? your username is LaTina. I love latina chicks. They’re fricken hot.

Which question had an answer of 46 degrees? That’s the only one from the consensus list I’m not remembering

i can only get 1 act fee waiver from my school, no more retake…

Do yall remember if the sqrt(40) was the 4th choice or not?

^I think it was the second.

Yeah, I think it was B

Someone explain that 5 point geometric figure one. I don’t know if it was just because I had to pee, but it made no sense to me.

14, 26, 26 was the parallelogram one.

what did you put for the one with the kids in the band that play more than one instrument

^LMAO, what?
