SFS- chance me por favor

Already posted this on here a few times, but I'd like some more opinions about whether im a good candidate for the Georgetown School of Foreign Service

Current junior, white male. Chicago.
ACT Score: 33 composite (33,32,33,32) (also took another one, felt better about english, science, and math, but bombed the reading)
SAT II: Lit 690, No scores for US History and Math II yet (more likely mid 700's)
GPA: 4.0 unweighted, 5.12 or something weighted
AP Classes: US History (5), AP US Government and Politics, AP Psychology, Ap Lang and Comp (Feel confident about all of these, most likely 5's). Next year im taking AP latin vergil, ap microeconomics, ap calc bc, and ap literature.

All other classes are honors

sport extracurriculars: I've played a few sports over the years. JV soccer freshman and sophomore year (captain sophomore year), varsity track sophomore and junior year (long jumper city and sectional finalist with jumps in the 20'2 range), varsity swimming junior year (city finalist in the 100 backstroke with a 1:06?), and will be playing softball next year.
Some academic extracurriculars are: latin certamen (city mvp freshman year, state finalist fresh/soph/junior year (respectively 3, 3, and 2nd place), National Latin exam gold medalist every year, and i have very strong relationships with all my teachers.
Nonacademic extracurriculars: JSU (jewish student union) member for 3 years, best buddies friendship club peer buddy(work with students with disabilities), self-taught musician, and other stuff that doesn't matter too much.
Work experience: will be doing a internship for mike quigley (state rep) and a local alderman this summer, and will also be working as a bus boy at a restaurant.

so two questions: do i have a good chance? and will the fact that i absolutely bombed the reading section on my second ACT affect my chances?

if theres any room for improvement let me know

bump bump bump bump bump bumppp
