Shad Valley vs. Ryerson Internship

Hi guys! I'm a Canadian student in grade 11 right now. I've currently been offered a spot at Shad Valley and a paid science internship at Ryerson this summer. I need to decide which one I want to do by tomorrow, but I really have no idea at this point. Both programs interest me so I'd be happy doing either. I was just wondering, for the purpose of applying to university, which would be better?

I know a few people from Shad Valley who have been accepted to top American universities, but I know that doesn't necessarily make a huge difference. On the other hand, the internship at Ryerson is definitely not as well-known, but I think that could just be because only 15 students are accepted each year.

Any ideas?

I got into Ryerson too! I will be attending, but I did not apply to Shad Valley.
Is what you want to do later on more science/engineering focused? Does Shad Valley provide this focus?

Out of curiosity, which of them said they needed to know by tomorrow?
Wondering because if it was Ryerson, then perhaps they’re waiting on you before they tell everyone else their project assignments!
