Happy dancing day here even with the snow falling. We are glad Saturday postal delivery has not been suspended yet since the mail carrier brought the nice thick envelope for DD with "YOU'RE IN!" on it -- previewing the happy news inside. Over 5000 applicants for 585 spots, a record number applying this year. As previous posters have said, they promised merit and other aid news later in the month. Best to all of you waiting!

Conrat’s NEmom. My DD also accepted today via snail mail. She is a Dana Scholar nominee and is waiting for financial package to make final decision

Congrats to NEMom and Dad2grls! I am grateful for the “You’re In!” on the front of the envelope b/c my D is at the lake (no snow here in Texas, it’s 83 degrees!) and I’m trying to resist opening her college mail… Either of your girls doing theatre?

Congrats! May I ask where everyone is from?

Congrats to all. Jealous of the 80 degrees in Texas! We are in NJ. My daughter will likely major in theater, maybe double major in “plan B” for Mom’s sake. She, too, is awaiting Dana and financial aid word, and a couple of other schools still, though I am thinking she would make an excellent Mule!

We heard about Muhlenberg theatre program late in the audition season but so glad we did!
She is waiting to hear from 3 more audition programs but loved everything about the 'Berg.
It is her top choice right now. They certainly do a great job selling their theatre program, hope it’s all true! ;-)

Its true! Students and parents alike love it! My D is a freshman and is involved in the MT program and lots of other campus activity! I thought she’ld want big and Rah Rah but there is something really special about small.
