<p>I think I'm the only person in my school w/out a car... Anyway, when you go to the Visitng Program in the spring (for admitted students), you get a free shirt from the Admissions Office, and you get a free shirt from the Harvard Store (the student-run one).</p>
<p>That's when thy're still in the recruiting mode!</p>
<p>oh man, i never got a free shirt from the harvard store, just the one from the admissions office. what did i miss out on (ie what does it look like)?</p>
<p>You missed out on a lot! :) It's much nicer than the one they gave at the admissions office (I didn't like the oval surrounding the 2009). The other shirt had HARVARD on the top front and 09 in huge block letters in the top center, kind of like a sports jersey. On the back, there was a small Harvard logo on the top. This one was also gray with "crimson" letters. I had to put that in quotes because I realized that it's weird for me to use the word crimson as a color. I'd rather say maroon.</p>

<p>Sunglasses is an athletic recruit. Perhaps the window decal was one of those "hidden perks" everybody always says the Ivy jocks get!</p>
<p>My son got the decal and wasn't an athletic recruit. He opted not to go for the admitted students weekend because he was at a national debate tournament (altho he is attending Harvard). Too bad he missed out on the T shirt!</p>
<p>you know, you could have just told me the tshirt i missed out on is crap. ignorance really is bliss. we'll settle this when we meet each other in the fall, suburbian. mark my words.</p>
