Short list of colleges; can you please help me!?

<p>Hi everyone! So, I did a lot of the college research process on my own (my parents offered to help, but I kind of wanted to do it lol), but I don't know how well put together my short list of schools is. Here is my list right now:</p>

<p>Reach:
-Brown University (1st Choice)
-University of Pennsylvania (Tied as my 2nd Choice)</p>

<p>Target:
-Northeastern University (Tied as my 2nd Choice)
-American University</p>

<p>Safety:
-The College of New Jersey
-Steven's Institute of Technology (Maybe applying)
-Marist College (Maybe applying)</p>

<p>Okay, so I think I just might need a couple of more safety schools. Which would you suggest that have all the following qualities:</p>

<p>-4-year college
-Liberal Arts with a good art program (for things like computer 3-D animation)
-In a suburb, on the outskirt of a city, village, or town, which has a decent-sized campus
-Has a tuition lower than $30,000 AT LEAST (I keep finding awesome schools but they're sooooo expensive that I don't think aid will cover them lol)
-Not affiliated with any religion
-Located in the Mid-Atlantic region and along the east coast
-Has less than 15,000 students but more than 2000
-Not to sound snotty or anything but, has an average applicant's high school GPA over 3.3 I guess if that kind of thing exists? xD</p>

<hr>

<p>And now for a little about me!</p>

<p>SAT I
Reading: 690
Math: 690
Writing: 730
Total: 2110</p>

<p>SAT II
Math 2: 650
US History: 660</p>

<p>Extracurricular's:
-I have a bunch, but unless someone feels it's necessary, I don't feel like putting them lol. That's more for asking for a chance, right? I hope that's alright!</p>

<p>GPA:
-Unweighted: 3.9 (4.0 if you go by letter grades)
-Weighted: Around a 4.6 or 4.7 I think</p>

<p>Course Load:

<p>So I guess that's it! If you need anything else to make an accurate suggestion, please let me know! Thank you so much for your help; I really appreciate it!! :D</p>

<p>Virginia Tech? Has art majors and cost of attendance around $31,000 per year for out of state.</p>

[Cost</a> of Attendance](<a href=“http://www.admiss.vt.edu/cost.php]Cost”>http://www.admiss.vt.edu/cost.php)</p>

<p>Okay, thank you! I’ll check it out :D.</p>

<p>EDIT: It looks like an awesome choice, but it’s 8 hours away. I’m kind of really picky in that I don’t want to go more than 4 or 5 hours (at the most) away from central New Jersey. I’m such a pain! xD</p>
