<p>Write about something you’ve done and then tie it into the message they are asking. remember, diversity can mean any number of aspects of differences. Race, religion, socio-economic, are all common, but so are gender issues, politics, age, culture, attitude, clothing style, hair…you name it. What’s most important to start: use something you did or participated in or believe in. Then write what you did that made it better.</p>
