Hello everyone, I am new here and would like some advice and knowledge for getting my CPA.
First off, I am currently a freshman in college, and because of AP Credit in high school, I was able to transfer 29 units over in college. At my school, some people have told me I am technically a sophomore and will be able to graduate in 3 years. However, my school offers a MACC program that allows students to receive a MACC degree in 5 years. I may be able to do it in 4 because of the number of units I have.
My question is will I be qualified for the CPA exam if I really do get my MACC degree in four years? I read that there is a 150 hour requirement for CPA which equates to 5 years of collegiate schooling. I kindly ask for clarification on this topic. Thanks!
