<p>I mean the kind you get at the doctor's - I was told by my doc that I might need a PPB (tuberculosis) shot before I go to college. Does anyone know if getting this is standard before heading off to wisc?</p>
<p>Physician/parent here. CHECK THE WEBSITE for official recommendations- Health, questions. Never heard of needing TB shot, didn't see it on the list just now. Did see- hepatitis B (3 shots), MMR, chicken pox (if you never had it), diphtheria/tetanus/pertussis and get the meningococcal vaccine.</p>
