Should a study block affect my chances of getting into t50 schools?

To give you an intro to my school: I go to a small (500 student) school on block scheduling w alternating days. I work 3 hours everyday after school so I figured it would be best to take a study block. I am also extremely involved in a small number of my ECs. I take AP Lang, AP Chem, and AP Art History I am also currently in Human Anatomy/Physiology, advanced math classes, and 2 dual credit classes (Spanish and US Hist bc my school does not have AP)

I have already taken AP Comp. Govt and plan to take AP Calc AB, AP Bio, and AP Lit, and an intense Medical Practicum course.

I took one semester of study block my sophomore yr, I am currently taking one, and plan to take one my senior year as well.

Taking all of this into consideration, does anyone think colleges will care, or even notice, that I took a study block. For reference…I am thinking Im premed so I do not want to go to a super competitive school. I want go to a good, but small lib arts school preferably, so as to gain close relationships with professors in order to get good recs for ed school
