should I apply as undecided or as a science major?

I’m applying EA to Georgetown, I’ve already had my interview, and I’m almost done with the supplement except for the last essay. I’m unsure if I should apply as a bio or biochemistry major or not because I am largely undecided overall. I told my interviewer that I did have a curiosity in genetics and similar fields but my high school career doesn’t really show that. The only evidence is that I took AP Chem last year and am in AP Bio right now. I am interested in other areas of study as well (also I’m unsure about a future career in science), so I’m applying as undecided to other schools in their college of arts and sciences, so I have options. Since Georgetown recommends students with a strong interest in Math/Science to apply as a major, is it worth it for me to pursue that narrative?
