I am hesitating to apply for Andover for Fall 2015, when I will be starting 11th grade. I am currently attending a private school in Canada (so I'd be an international student.) I know there are 20-25 new spots avaliable for grade 11 at Andover and I will need FA if I get in. Looking at my circumstances, is it even worth the effort to apply? </p>
<p>Only if you are really set on going as chances are extremely low. If you really have your heart set on Andover and you believe you will have good grades, recommendations, extracurriculars, etc. then you can apply. You may to try apply for other schools that are not selective but are still top. </p>
