<p>You'd be a match generally, but this coming year is going to have fewer seats as well as a higher bar for acceptance due to UCSD overaccepting (they were expecting 39% of those admitted accepted, got 45%). </p>

<p>you're pretty much in. don't worry too much about the C because i know a lot of people with multiple Cs that still were accepted (myself included).</p>
