Hi guys,
I am seriously considering applying to become an RA next year. However, I'm afraid that doing so will leave me with little free time. I am by no means a partier but I do like to have flexibility in my schedule.
I have two jobs and I assume that next year I will still have both jobs. I work at school bookstore and at a nonprofit in the office during the week and 8 hours every Saturday which is when they deal with the public. The nonprofit is very flexible with hours but I am an important member in the organization and don't want to feel like I'm neglecting them. I'm a full time (12+ hours) student. Also, I'm a theatre minor so I anticipate being in plays and having to rehearse at some point outside of class in the next year.
The RA interest meetings aren't for another 2 weeks so I don't know many details yet besides that they have to be on call for certain hours and sit at the front desk and come up with community programs.
I feel I'd make a good RA but don't want to put too much on plate.
Anyone have and advice or experience?

Thanks so much!
