So, if i want to attend Stanford and other top schools like Rice, do you think that I should bother submitting my SAT Spanish score of 700, if these are my scores:

-SAT MATH: 780
-SAT CHEM: 730
-SAT SPAN: 700

or just keep math and Chem, and cut out Spanish??

Thanks so much!!

I got into Rice with one of my subject tests being significantly lower than yours (and I only had two to send in) so I would just send them all.

If you don’t mind me asking, what were your SAT subject test scores?

Thanks!

SAT Math Level II: 720
SAT Physics: 600 (coughyeah, I know that’s pretty terrible haha XD)
So… I think you’re more on track than I was
I would also say it depends on your potential major whether or not to send it in, but it didn’t seem to matter for me since I’m going into engineering and I still got in with my terrible physics score. So all in all, SAT subject tests didn’t seem to matter much in my case, maybe because I made up for it in other parts of my application?

sure i bet you did–you sound like you have passion for what you’re doing.
I’ve decided not to send the 700 in because I got a 4 in AP SPANISH! and i’m gonna submit that instead to be exempt from the lang credit (for stanford & other schools).

Your language SAT score usually allows you to either be exempted from language requirement or allow you to take a waiver exam. So you want to provide that to the school you eventually will be attending.
