Should I *BOTHER* submitting this SAT Subject Tests score (Spanish-700)?????

So, if i want to attend Stanford and other top schools like Rice, do you think that I should bother submitting my SAT Spanish score of 700, if these are my scores:

-SAT MATH: 780
-SAT CHEM: 730
-SAT SPAN: 700

or just keep math and Chem, and cut out Spanish??

Thanks so much!!

I’m curious as well, but I didn’t want to start a new topic for the same question. I got an 800 on physics/math II, but a 740 in world history. I intend to apply for an engineering major.

Well, for Stanford that Spanish SAT II score would allow you to place out of the foreign language requirement, so yes you should submit it eventually if doing that is of interest to you. Otherwise, you’d have to pass a placement test I think. My D was admitted to Stanford with a significantly worse score than that, by the way, but she submitted 3 other better test scores too.

I say just send them all, that goes for both of you.

Hey! Actually i’ve decided not to send in that 700 cuz i got a 4 in AP SPANISH!! and i’m gonna get exempted from the lang credit that way. =]
