Should I cancel my AP exam score?

Hey!

Alright, so basically I was taking the AP World History test, and then there was a section which stated to turn your answer sheet to page two. Misunderstanding directions, I turned my test to said page, which was the page that contained the instructions for the multiple choice section, yet the only part of the questions that I was able to see was the brief outline; I was not able to read or understand any of it.

I honestly feel really bad about this, and I basically feel like I cheated. I have e-mailed College Board, and they just told me to talk to my AP coordinator. Should I cancel more score so that I don’t have to feel guilty about this anymore?

Are you saying that for the multiple choice you did not actually answer any of the questions and just looked at one page in your exam booklet? I would not suggest canceling scores unless if you sent the scores to your college and really do not want them to see a low AP score (remember that AP scores are not used much in admissions decisions and only you, your teachers/administrators, and designated colleges will see your scores.

You didn’t cheat. You had little to no advantage over the other kids taking the test.
