The two minors have better classes that are more appealing for me to take, but if I double major idk if it will be too much with the minor. Is that overloaded with 2 majors and 1 minor?

I definitely want to take one of the minors. So i can major in 1 or 2 things i guess. idk if this makes sense. sorry!

I really think I’d be interested in the language I’m choosing as opposed to the other major, but I want to take certain classes in this other major. So idk what to dooooo!! ahhh

Which specific majors and minors are you thinking about?

Majors: Theater, French
Minors: Arabic, Theater (if not major)

I’m also pre-med.

so i’ll be taking those prereqs. Hopefully, i’ll get into chem 1a. but if not physics 8b. i’d say ■■■, but i don’t say that.

Wait… you want to do pre-med and do theatre, french, and arabic?
… have planned this out?

how about you actually think about this and try to do some research before making a thread

Hey, hey guys, cut her a break.

If all else fails, she could play an Arabic-speaking doctor in France on TV or something.

In all seriousness, take it one semester at a time, at this point. Take the classes for the minor, if you REALLY want to, but if you can’t get the minor, don’t worry about it. Minors are like gold stars on your report card: they’re shiny and look nice, but they don’t really mean anything.

too packed. do you want to be a pseudo major? (know what everyone already knows – the base reqs) or a meaningful major (one where you can go deep by choosing the right electives, specializing and focusing on your interests to market yourself better in the future)

tl;dr: jack of all trades and master of none.

lol i didn’t mean that I’m majoring and minoring in ALL of that. that’s what i’m choosing from.

What do you mean all of that? I see three subjects: Arabic, Theater, and French. You were asking what to double-major + minor || major + double-minor in which both == 3 subjects.

^^ lol~ At least math wasn’t one of the subjects… o___o

K nevermind lol i figured it out. thanks though.

Glad you figured it out xD CC probably isn’t the best place to sort things like this out…

But Arabic > French in terms of usefulness, considering where our country is going. And if you’re going to be a doctor, the middle east is where service is needed to most. And if not, Arabic can always land you a job in the CIA :P
