Should I get in?

Race: Caucasian
Gender: M
Major: Finance
GPA: 87/100 (I don't know how to convert it)
SAT: 700 math, 630 CR, 570 writing
Extracurriculars:

Varsity Tennis 10, 11 and 12
FBLA: 11 and 12
Class Treasurer: 9
Key Club: All 4
Boy Scout: All 4 (no eagle though =( )

Also I've worked part time in fast food since I was a freshman and will be getting a management position this fall. I worked full time during summers at a different job.

Hm...it seems like a stretch. Your scores are very different on the two sections and your GPA won't really help or hurt you. Especially applying as a Caucasian/finance major, the business school was very selective this year

Is it worth while to apply as a different major and then change it after a semester?

I know a student who had a 94 average and slightly lower SATs with many more ECs including leadership and Eagle Scout. He was rejected from liberal arts. Still apply, Nova is a great school, but also have some safety schools you love just in case. I'm not trying to be discouraging just realistic. Good luck.

probably not sorry

retake your sats. my sat scores were pretty low too, maybe take acts
