So I have a bachelors in psychology and basically no work experience, but I am really interested in working in management/business. Should I go to school for a master's in management or business and intern while in school? I can still apply for the spring semester at some schools and some schools don't require you to have any work experience, so there is a possibility I get in.

Go for it. Probably you’re going to find an MS degree more helpful than an MBA at this point. An MBA isn’t meant to be a gateway to your first job and doesn’t function well as that. An MS could give you some marketable skills to work with and get going. The longer you wait, the harder it’ll be to go back.

If you don’t end up doing the Master’s now, consider a part-time certificate program, which can sometimes be applied toward a Master’s later on, depending on the school.

Why don’t you try getting a job first then go back for your degree. There is a reason why most business schools encourage you to have some experience first. Just because some schools don’t require it doesnt mean it is not a good idea to have the experience of working first.

I think it would help in your case since you graduated with a psych degree

Look into MS Finance, MS Management, MS Econ, or any of these related programs where you fit the requirements and have good campus recruiting.
