Should I include shortlisted Essays in my honors list?

I habe two options for awards to include on my Common App honors list:

  1. John Locke Politics Essay Prize Shortlist (prestigious, international)
  2. Austrian Young Reporter Contest 2nd Prize (national (Austria), not well-known)
