Should I list this school scholarship on the Common App?

I got a scholarship into one university during my junior year. I was pretty proud of it (4.5k per year plus a free three course meal wasn't too shabby), but should I list it as an honor on the Common Application?

I mean, the school kind of embellished the name of the award ("Junior [College Name] Scholar!!!"), and I would assume that it'd be somewhat awkward when other admissions officers read my application. Would it be best to leave it off?

Thanks!

Yes, you should definitely list this scholarship on the common app as an honor. Not everyone received the scholarship, so it was an honor you received. It also is something to help you stand out amoungst your peers.
