Should I report 660 Math 2 for these schools? Engineering major.

I just scored a 660 in math 2 (retaking in December) and I scored 680 on the Sat I.

Should I report the 660 or no?

I will be applying for engineering at:
UDEL
BU
UCONN

660 is pretty low for math 2 which alot get above 700
try to give it again and atleast try to score 750ish
