Should I retake the ACT again?

Hi, everyone, I’m an asian international student and I’m thinking about to retake the ACT because I have a very low ACT writing score.
I took it three times:
First time: composite score of 30, writing scored 24
Second time: composite score of 33, writing scored 21
Third time: composite score of 32, writing scored 23
However, I have a very high GPA in English class throughout high school. I only got once A in one semester and rest of them are all A+
I’m also a student of IB English and I think my predicted score is going to be high (I got both A+ for semester 1 and semester 2 last school year)
For more information about me and my ECs, you can take a look at my chance thread:

Should I retake the ACT again?

Thank you for reading this~~~

I say no. Your 33 is respectable enough and you did worse the third time. Posting your sub scores might be helpful.

Good luck!
