Is it OK to have a 1790 SAT and a 33 ACT on the same Application? I seemingly cannot do well on the SAT…</p>
<p>DOO IITT, what have you got to lose? (answer is money and a whole saturday)</p>
<p>But assuming if I don't retake it, will the low SAT score hurt my chances for admission compared to my ACT score? (ACT 33 = SAT 2220-2270) Also, I HATE x 10000000 the SAT because it corrodes my intelligence. :)</p>
<p>Which UC are you aiming for? Lol I didn't like the SAT either, the questions on there are more of a you know it or you don't, which is too hit or miss for my liking, the ACT gave you more of a conventional approach, as in you can solve through it.</p>
<p>I want to aim for Berkeley, but I don't know with my other stats...

<p>*So make sure your E.C. list is amazing; your community service is outstanding; and your essays are off the charts..!</p>

I don't like AA, but I have observed it in the works with some peers at my high school.</p>
<p>Sadly, I don't think AA would work for me (if the UC's do it in secret)... I'm Chinese, which is probably the worst race to be for AA. XD</p>
