Should I retake?

I got a 31 again. :c
But, oddly enough I did worse on different sections than my last one, so my superscore is a 33. How big of a role does the superscore play?

first time: 31
E:34
M:28
R:33
S:30

second time:31
E:31
M:32
R:34
S:27

I think I should do it again, because clearly I can do better. But, I don't think I can really bring science above a 30, I'm really bad at it. Idk what to do, I'm signing up for september just in case.
I'm a straight A student at a well-known private school, so getting amazing ACT scores is not very important. However, I want to at least be in the range for Ivies.

I think that’s cool bro, 31’s really good… As far as I know, Cornell is the only Ivy that superscores so… yeah. 31 is good enough for an Ivy though. Plus those straight A’s help ya.

a 31 will put you at the 50th percentile for Cornell…I would try it one more time because everyone else applying to cornell are also going to have straight A’s and probably higher standardized testing scores.
