Should I SCEA to Princeton or ED to Cornell based on my stats?

Hey guys, Princeton and Cornell are my definitive top 2 choices but I was wondering if it would be a better strategy to apply early to Princeton or Cornell. If I EA to Princeton, I risk not getting accepted to both schools, whereas if I ED to Cornell I have a higher chance of getting accepted to one of them. Here are my stats:

SAT & ACT: 1560, 35, 800 Math II, 770 Chem
GPA: 3.85 Unweighted 4.67 Weighted
1 AP Freshman year, 2 Sophomore, 6 Junior and senior.
World History (3 won’t send), US history, Euro & Chem (4s), CompSci, Stats, Chinese, Cal AB, Lang (5’s)
Awards: Nothing big, AIME qualifier once, National Merit Finalist, National AP Scholar, National HOSA Qualifer, a few minor guitar and programming awards.

Extracurriculars: Math Team (secretary junior year, president senior year), HOSA (secretary junior and senior year), Varisty tennis 10th-12th (co-captain senior year), computer club, Chinese club (president senior year), chess club (vice president senior year), a few honor societies
Volunteer: Volunteers at a program to help disabled people play tennis
Summer activities: Applied to a bunch but got rejected rip :frowning:
Still working on essays
I have a great rec from my math teacher who loves me, my other teacher rec and counselor recs are nothing special

Interested in majoring in cs, stats, physics
Asian male, small (400 people) public school

I know I don’t have any big hook but I hope my stats are somewhat good enough.
Thanks for reading guys, any type of input would be greatly appreciated.

Cornell ED

Would you say Princeton and schools with that low an acceptance rate (MIT etc) be a bit too much of a reach even with EA/ED and that I should focus on somewhat easier schools to get in like Cornell?

yes. Cornell, Dartmouth or Penn

ED is definitely a boost to your admission chances whereas Princeton SCEA is not really. If you love Cornell and you have no budget issues then applying ED to Cornell seems prudent.

Okay thanks for all the input
