Should I self-report 3's on AP exams?

Okay, I am quite confused by the back and forth opinions about whether or not AP scores play a role in admissions.
If I’m applying to top schools should I bother putting my 3s on my common app? I’m planning on a Chemical Engineering major.
These are my AP scores thusfar
10th: WHAP (3) Stat (5)
11th: Chem (4), APUSH (4), AP physics 1 (3), AP Lang (3).

I made close to 100s in all my classes (except WHAP, lol) and I don’t want colleges to think my grades are inflated. The AP physics exam this year was pure madness and we were thrown in the dark so I don’t think it’s fair for them to look poorly upon me for a 3. AP Lang, I honestly just had a bad day. I scored 5s on practice exams in all my classes, but this is how my scores turned out.
I have good SAT, ACT, EC’s GPA- I feel like I have a lot more to me than Ap scores, but I just really need to know if I should list them on my applications or not.
Thank you all.

Yes, otherwise colleges assume you didn’t test or got a 2/1

@Matt846 I’d think they would just assume 2 or 1. In this case, your admissions chances could be affected because you would have 3 non-reported AP Exams.
If you’re going for chemical engineering – An 800 on the SAT Subject will help you out.

@1golfer1 I made an 800 on Math II and a 710 on chem, but I didn’t take Physics because AP physics 1 doesn’t cover all the material on the subject test. Should I consider self studying for the physics subject test?

I wouldn’t – Lots of material that only tangentaly relates to chemical engineering.
