Should I send in a video of me singing with my application?

I'm applying as an engineering major to some top level schools, for which I'd like to think I'm fairly qualified. One of the main focuses of my application is music - I'm president of my school's honor choir and I founded and direct a men's a cappella club called "the Acafellas." Would it be beneficial to my application to send in a video of me and some of the Acafellas singing? It would be the first verse of Amazing Grace, with me singing the melody. I have a pretty good voice and the Acafellas sound lovely. Would a video effectively demonstrate my leadership skills as well as my talent for singing, or would it just distract from applying as an engineering student? Thoughts?

Thanks a ton :)

If the school accepts an arts supplement I’d do that. It would be especially useful if the school has a music program of some type - even as just a club level thing - and many do. The Common Ap will indicate if you can do an arts supplement and how to do that. A lot of them like it to be video a file you upload. If the school doesn’t take arts supplements, then I wouldn’t do it - just mention it in your application.
