Should I send my mid-600s SAT2 USH score?

I am currently a senior, taking AP US history. I took the november SAT 2 for US history because I needed to take it before the college application deadline. I only finished 1/4 of the course at school, and studied the rest of the material using a review book. I probably got mid 600s. Should I send this? If so, where/how should i explain my low score?

I'm applying to USC, NYU, Tufts, CMU, Brandeis, UCLA, UCSD.

Thanks!!

If you feel you need to explain the score, then don’t send it.

Have you taken any other SAT II’s? Do any of your schools require these?

generally, no. Mid 600 is pretty bad, considering the curve on these tests. A 73/95 would get you an 800.

@meSS

no thats the world History curve

the USH curve is more like 80/90 = 800

but to the OP - yeah dont send it

anyone else with insight about this?

BTW if a college requires all scores to be sent, then i don’t really have a choice, right?
