I took the SAT twice and scored and 1800 and then a 1920. Then I took the ACT once and scored a 31. I will obviously be sending the ACT score, but should I also include the 1920 SAT score? Thank you.

A 31 is equal to a 2060 on the SAT in the conversion. I personally would say that if you didn’t score insanely higher on the CR or math or writing section on the SAT than you did on the ACT (i.e. if you got an 800 on SAT math but a 29 on ACT math), you’re fine with just sending the ACT.

You’ll need to look into policies at the schools you apply too. Some may require you to send the SAT scores, but if they don’t, by all means, just send the ACT!

Very few schools including Stanford require that you submit all your scores from both SAT and ACT tests regardless of whether or not you took both exams, so for those schools you would need to send everything. For most schools, however, sending the ACT will suffice.
