Should I send my SAT scores or have an evaluative interview w/ admission counselor?

<p>Good evening everybody.
I am an international student from Tunisia and planning to apply to Agnes Scott College.
I took the SAT twice, my top scores are:
Writing: 600
Critical Reading: 570
Math: 640</p>

<p>and my TOEFL score is 100/120</p>

<p>I have a pretty good CV:
100h+ of community service in the States, 100h+ community service back home.
Worked on several projects.
Attended multiple conferences internationally.
3rd highest scoring individual (scholastic divison) at state (Academic Decathlon, as an exchange student)
KL-YES program (Kennedy Lugar Youth Exchange and Study) Almuna, etc ...
Fluent in 3 language (Arabic, French, English). Beginner in Spanish</p>
